Rates are a fixed at $1750/wk. This is based on a 7 day rental, but please check as there may be flexibiltiy. Extra days are welcomed, however a minimum stay of 5 days is required. Check in time is 4PM on the day of arrival and checkout is 10AM the day of departure. A downpayment of 50% is requested at the time of booking with full payment 60 days prior. A fully refundable security deposit of $300 is required with the final payment. Please contact us for a full copy of the rental agreement if you have any further questions.
